Choosing a Venue

You spend hours scrolling through Pinterest and your favorite wedding websites, admiring the straight out of a magazine weddings! What do you find yourself drawn to? A Barn with gorgeous wood beams? Maybe a vineyard with rows of grapes for portraits? An outdoor venue with a view of rolling hills? So many options and Kentucky has it all!!

If you have s specific date or venue MUST HAVE, your venue (and your photographer) should be the first check on your list! Some venues book two to three years in advance!

If youre flexible with either -or both- take a look through some of my favorites and get a feel for what we have here in central Kentucky! Some are rustic barns with sprawling fields, others are historic homes that offer that southern charm you cant get anywhere else. One of the best parts of being a wedding photographer is visiting all the unique venues our area has to offer. Your venue tells so much about your style and personality, let your venue set the tone for your bug day!!
